What is Conifera?

Conifera is a New Zealand skincare brand inspired by the healing power of trees. Our product is made with carefully selected natural ingredients, including Norway spruce resin — known for its ability to support the skin’s natural healing process.

What is Resinae?

Resinae is our multi-purpose spruce resin balm — designed to soothe, protect and repair irritated or damaged skin. It’s ideal for dry patches, cuts, eczema, scrapes and burns.

How does spruce resin help the skin?

Spruce resin has been used for centuries to support wound healing. Studies show it helps fight bacteria (including MRSA), speeds up skin recovery and forms a natural protective barrier while allowing the skin to breathe.

Is Resinae safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our balm is gentle, natural and free from artificial fragrances or harsh preservatives. We recommend a 24-hour patch test before first use, especially if your skin is reactive or highly sensitive.

Where are Conifera products made?

Every Conifera product is proudly made in New Zealand in small batches, using mostly locally sourced and high-quality ingredients.

How do I use Resinae balm?

Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin. Use as often as needed to soothe and protect. For external use only — discontinue if irritation occurs.

Can I use it on eczema or cracked skin?

Yes, Resinae is formulated to support dry, cracked and eczema-prone skin. Many customers find it calming and protective during flare-ups.

Is it suitable for children?

Yes, Resinae can be safely used on children’s skin for minor scrapes, dry patches or irritation. Always patch test first and avoid contact with eyes.

Are your ingredients natural and sustainable?

Yes. Our ingredients are naturally derived and sustainably sourced — including spruce resin, beeswax and grass-fed tallow. These traditional ingredients are chosen for their effectiveness, purity and gentle care for both skin and the environment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship within New Zealand and to selected international destinations using NZ Post. You can view shipping rates and estimated delivery times at checkout.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We want you to love your Conifera purchase. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@conifera.co.nz and we’ll be happy to help.
