Our story

Conifera began with a simple truth: Nature knows how to heal. 

For generations my family in Europe has crafted a Norway spruce resin balm — a remedy my grandmother used and passed down through the years. 

When my daughter began to suffer with eczema, nothing seemed to bring her relief. Then my mum arrived with a small jar of the balm our family still makes back home. My daughter loved it instantly — and she didn’t want to use anything else.

When I could no longer get more for her, I decided to make it myself. After a few trials (and a few errors) I partnered with a small New Zealand manufacturer who specialises in natural, organic skincare made in small batches. Together, we refined the recipe and brought this timeless balm to life. 

Today, Resinae balm is more than a product — it’s our family’s story of care, tradition and trust in the forest’s wisdom. My daughter still loves it and it continues to help her skin heal.
