Shipping & Delivery

At Conifera, we want your order to reach you safely and as soon as possible. Every product is carefully packed from our studio in New Zealand and shipped using NZ Post Couriers.

New Zealand Shipping

• Standard delivery: 2–5 working days
• Rural delivery: Please allow an extra 1–2 days
• Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout
  You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.
Delivery times vary depending on location — generally between 7–14 working days.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note that any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier schedules, weather conditions, or customs processing.
