Shipping policy

Delivery within New Zealand

We ship all orders using NZ Post Couriers.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times:

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Rural delivery: Please allow an extra 1–2 days

Please allow a little extra time during holidays or busy periods.

Shipping rates

  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping for orders over $110 within New Zealand.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

International shipping

We currently ship to New Zealand only. If you need an International shipping please contact us hello@conifera.co.nz to organise and confirm shipping cost.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and parcel weight.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility. 

Order processing

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@conifera.co.nz and include your order number. We’ll help track it down with NZ Post.
